Mike Pedler gehört zu den renommiertesten Wissenschaftlern und Beratern in den Bereichen Management und Führung. Bekannt ist er vor allem für seine Arbeit in den Feldern Action Learning, die Lernende Organisation und Führungskräfteentwicklung. Seine Kunden kommen sowohl aus der Privatwirtschaft als auch aus dem öffentlichen Bereich bzw. NGOs und NPOs . Dr. Pedler ist Professor für Action Learning am Henley Management College und Honorary Senior Research Fellow an der Lancaster University. He is known particularly for his work with action learning, the learning organisation and leadership development and consults with private, public and third sector clients. Dr. Pedler is Professor of Action Learning at Henley Management College and Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Lancaster University. Prof. David Coghlan

David Coghlan ist Associate Professor an der School of Business des Trinity College Dublin in Irland und Fellow desselben College. Seine Fachgebiete sind Organisationsentwicklung und Aktionsforschung (action research), und er engagiert sich hier auf internationaler Ebene.

Coghlan hat mehr als 70 Artikel und Buchbeiträge veröffentlicht. Neuere Bücher, in denen er als Co-Autor auftrat, sind u. a.:

David Coghlan is an Associate Professor at the School of Business, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and is a Fellow of the College. . He specializes in organization development and action research and is active in both communities internationally.

Jan Hall   Sue Carter

Sue Carter and Jan Hall, Carter Hall Associates

Sue and Jan have extensive experience in management and other roles in the UK charity, health and public sectors. Their work as trainers is also strongly informed by their experience as counsellors and coaches. Using a combination of theory, ‘hands on’ practice and their own insights into how individuals learn in group settings, they specialise in designing and delivering group and facilitator workshops using an action learning approach. Clients include NHS Trusts, social work departments, government departments, management schools and charities in the UK and Ireland.

Sue and Jan are members of IFAL (the International Foundation for Action Learning) UK and Jan is currently IFAL development consultant.

Alex Chow

Alex has been in the field of management research and organization development since 1999. He has previously held positions as a PR specialist, organization researcher, internal Human Resource consultant, and a regional training manager for multinational companies. At present, Alex is a specialist providing expertise in team development, cross-cultural awareness, innovation, and action learning projects in Asia.

Alex has been involved in action learning for the past 7 years in Asia and the US, working with participants from different cultures.  In Asia, his projects have been carried out in Singapore, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. These projects have included organizations from different sectors : Finance, Semi-conductors, Automotives, Supply Chain Management, Marine Transportation, Food and Sports.

For the past 4 years, Alex has also been consulting and lecturing at the Singapore Institute of Management University on the subject of Action Learning to a diverse group of adult learners. To date, over 2,500 students have experienced the action learning process.

Alex has a passion for meeting diverse cultures and enabling people to their personal best at work and in life. He speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and basic Korean. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
